From Huddersfield proceed along the A641 Bradford Road to Fartown Green traffic lights, after approximately 1 mile.   After the traffic lights carry straight on along the A641 dual carriageway.  After approximately ½ mile turn left into Netheroyd Hill Road by the Mumbai restaurant (former Ashbrow public house).  Ascend Netheroyd Hill Road and this merges on to Lightridge Road.  After approximately ¾ mile on the right hand bend section of Lightridge Road, and before the turning for Huddersfield Golf Club, turn back sharp left down the narrow Cowcliffe Hill Road.  Go over the ford with care and ascend the narrow road.  At the junction turn sharp right back and after a short distance bear left into Camborne Drive.  The property will be seen on the right hand side at the top of the cul-de-sac.
