Complaints Procedure

We pride ourselves on our reputation and if, for any reason, you feel let down we welcome the opportunity to put that right.

1. In the first instance please call our team on 01484 536799 and tell us why you�re unhappy. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

2. If you�re not fully satisfied after talking to us please write to Chris Jowett at Jowett Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, 1 Market Street, Huddersfield
, West Yorkshire, HD1 2EH. Please clearly mark your name and contact details, the nature of your complaint and any conversations you have had with our team. We will investigate the issue and respond to you in writing, within 8 weeks, with our offer of resolution.

3. In the unlikely event that we haven�t been able to resolve your issue, you are advised to contact The Property Ombudsman who may take up your complaint
